Service Coordination Assistant – Adult Program
F/T, Regular employment @ Thirty (30) Hours/Week, $10.00 Hourly
The Service Coordination Assistant – Adult Programs, serves in an administrative capacity and is responsible for fully overseeing and monitoring individual budgets for the adult program, completion and submission of required agency reports, completion of personal assessments of individuals served and tracking and submission of paycheck summaries for the adult individuals served by Life Quest.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting, Office Administration or related field preferred or two years successful work experience as an accounting assistant, billing assistant, bank officer or any other position involving consistent monitoring of processes, account/budgetary accuracy and data reporting. Must have strong computer proficiency and the ability to accurately operate MSWORD, EXCEL, Microsoft Office, Outlook Express and client management support system as trained.
Direct Support Staff – Adult Program
Full-Time (30-37.5 hours/week) @ $8/hourly OR
P/T Regular (up to 29 hours/week, as needed) @ $8/hourly
QUALIFICATIONS: 21 years of age, H.S. Diploma/G.E.D., Basic Computer Skills/ability to learn data entry, 50 lbs. lifting/maneuvering. Positions require a desire to work with individuals with or at risk for developmental disabilities, current N.M. Driver’s License and clean driving record, fingerprinting and background check clearance. Positions open until filled.
Early Intervention Program
Developmental Specialist II: (B.A./B.S.) $12/hr. Full-time regular employee OR:
Developmental Specialist III: (M.A./M.S.) $13/hr. Full-time regular employee
Position requires degree in Child Development, Early Intervention, Special Education, Social Work or related field, or 4 years related experience. Desire to work with infants and toddlers with special needs and their families in their homes, community or center. Strong organization and communication skills, self-motivated, ability to work well as a team member. Must be able to occasionally life and/or move up to 10 pounds.
This Full-time Regular position, based in LUNA COUNTY, requires current NM driver’s license, clean driving record, fingerprinting and background check. Position open until filled.
